Question #2 - Part 2 of 5

BY:HOWARD MARTIN

WHO IS THE FATHER?

The name "FATHER" does not mean that the Father created Jesus to be His Son or even the Holy Spirit. The word "Father" is just a way to explain His Agape Selfless Love towards Jesus, who is another self existing, immortal being like himself. The love "God", (all three of them), have for each other, is almost beyond our understanding.

Through this word "Father", Agape Selfless Love is shown and demonstrated, through the Father's relationship with Jesus and the created universe.

The term Father also shows what His duties are as one of the three self-existing beigns, that run the Universe. Understanding this point is very important.

These three eternal beings share Agape selfless love, and it can give the appearance that one of them is greater than the other. From the perspective of a outsider looking into the realtionship "God" has with each other, it can seem like these beings may have created each other, because of the way they talk to each other with Agape Love.

It can also seem like one is greater than the other, or that one of them has more power and authority than the other. It can appear that one of them is not equal to the Godness of the other, but the bible does not say that.

John 5:18

Jesus Said I Am Equal to and have the Same Power as the Father who lives in Heaven. I Am Agape Selfless Love, so I Will Always Humble Myself and Serve.

Therefore the Jews sought the more to kill him, because he not only had broken the sabbath, but said also that God was his Father, making himself  equal  with God.

Philippians 2:6

Jesus Being Fully God in Every Way Possible,   Demonstrated His Agape Love to the Earth

5 You must have the same attitude that Christ Jesus had. 6 Though he was God, he did not think of equality with God as something to cling to.

7 Instead, he gave up his divine privileges; he took the humble position of a slave and was born as a human being. When he appeared in human form, 8 he humbled himself in obedience to God and died a criminal’s death on a cross.

We know that Jesus was not created by the Father to be His son, beause the very definition of God states, that you can not be created. You must have always existed and will always exist by yourself. You must have always had immortality.

1 Timothy 6:16

16 He alone can never die, and he lives in light so brilliant that no human can approach him. No human eye has ever seen him, nor ever will. All honor and power to him forever! Amen.

The Eternal Beings Choose The Follow The Father and Become One. One in Agape Love, Leadership, Creation, Purpose, Character, and in Obedience to the Law of God.

Luke 11:2 - The Father Leads The Way

And Jesus said to them, when you pray, say, our Father who lives in heaven, Holy is your name. May you continue to rule over everything. Let your will continue to be done in Heaven and Earth.

It has always been throughout the eternity of time, and even before anything was created, that the Father would be the one to lead out in work of the universe, as one of the three self-existing eternal beigns.

Even though all three of these eternal beigns has a role to play in creating and sustaining the endless universe, the Father leads the way. These Bible Texts Below, Show the Father as the Leader.

Father Leads By Satisfying Needs, Wants, Desires

37 However, those the Father has given me will come to me, and I will never reject them. 38 For I have come down from heaven to do the will of God who sent me, not to do my own will.

39 And this is the will of God, that I should not lose even one of all those he has given me, but that I should raise them up at the last day.
